When we were with NRG, we received a rebate when we produced more power than we used. Since Spruce took over, about 6 years ago, we have gotten NOTHING. So all that money is going into THEIR pockets. I am so angry!!!

I started with NRG and they sold to Spruce. I’m on the same page as everyone else in terms of nothing worikong, no-one answers, etc I don’t believe that the panels are all working as the monitoring the electric company says I’ve used more energy tha produced.
